Is this a desirable community? I am from a quiet suburban community in Illinois. I would like to hear how the residents of Thousand Oaks feel about thier community. Would this be a good choice for 40-somethings who have older children to live? Quiet, moderate climate, not over-crowded. Please respond. Thanks, carli56
