The drive from S.B. to Thousand Oaks takes about 55 minutes without traffic.
In the a.m. you'll probably run in to some traffic. The commute might wear on you but it's certainly possible.

I have a question. My partner and I will be relocating to Santa Barbara. How feasible is a commute from SB to Thousand Oaks for work? Is trafic bad on 101? What would you estimate as the time it would take?
